What are your shipping charges?

ALL ORDERS OVER $125 RECEIVE FREE (GROUND) SHIPPING!  The following provisions apply:  1) If an order receiving free shipping under this offer is returned by the customer for a refund, the regular ground shipping/handling charge will be reinstated and deducted from any refund due the customer.  In addition, a restock fee may apply (see return policy section below).  2) This offer is valid only on shipments to addresses in the United States, Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO (overseas US military). 3) All offers are subject to change without prior notification.

Our shipping charges are based on the total dollar amount of your order.  Our standard ground shipping carriers are either US Priority Mail or UPS Ground (our choice).  For orders under $125, ground shipping charges (ranging from $5.95 to $14.95) are based on your zip code, and are calculated at checkout.  Our website Ground/2nd Day/Next Day shipping charges are based on shipments to United States addresses, including Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO, and Puerto Rico.  Customers in countries outside the United States must select the International Air option when checking out on our website.   Our international shipment carrier is US Global Express Mail, which will deliver your order to the customs office in your country in 3-5 business days.

Customers needing guaranteed fast delivery of their order can select from either 2nd Day or Next Day Air.  2nd Day Air guarantees delivery on the second business day after the order ships.  Please note that business days are Monday through Friday, so for example, if your order ships via 2nd Day Air on Friday, you will receive it the following Tuesday (2nd business day).  2nd Day Air charges are calculated in the shopping cart of our website.  OVERNIGHT DELIVERIES PLEASE NOTE: Since our website is not equipped to calculate exact shipping charges based on the weight of your shipment and your destination zip code, Next Day shipping charges shown are an ESTIMATION.  Your actual overnight shipping charge may be higher or lower.  If it is higher, we will contact you for authorization before shipping your order.  We recommend phoning in overnight orders if possible, so we can give you an exact shipping charge.

What is your return policy?

The following is a statement of our return policy, please contact us if you have any questions. 

You may return your purchase for refund or exchange within 30 days, subject to the following provisions and/or conditions:  1)  30 day return period begins the day we ship your order to you.  We must receive your return by the 30th day, so please ship your return accordingly.  2) Items must be returned in NEW and UNUSED (except to try on for size) condition, with any garment tags still attached.  3)  Hats must be returned in a box.  4)  Washed or worn garments will not be accepted for refund or exchange.  5)  Special order items (numbered or embroidered shirts/hats, hemmed pants, etc.), undergarment items, clearance items, and whistles are NOT returnable.  6) Large orders (in excess of $100) that are returned (excluding exchanges) are subject to a restock charge according to the following scale:  Orders from $100-200, 15%; from $200-300, 20%; over $300, 25%.  7)  All refunds will be issued to the same credit/debit card used in the original purchase.  8) Shipping/handling charges are not refundable.  PLEASE NOTE:  Any merchandise received for refund or exchange not meeting the above requirements will be returned to the customer at their expense.

We cannot accept returns without a Return Authorization Number.  Please phone or e-mail us for an R/A # and complete return instructions.  Customer is responsible for all shipping charges on returned/exchanged merchandise.   If you return an order billed under a free shipping/reduced shipping offer, the original shipping charge will be reinstated to the order and subtracted from the amount refunded to your credit card.  The same credit card used to make the original purchase will be billed for shipping charges on any exchanged items, or will be refunded the amount owing for a return.   

If you receive your order, and it contains incorrect, defective or blemished merchandise, you MUST inform us by phone or e-mail within 3 business days of receipt.  If you received the wrong item or size due to our error, we will ship you the correct item and process the return of the incorrect item at our expense.  Defective products are the sole responsibility of the manufacturer, and we will assist you in filing any warranty claims.

How long will it take to get my order?

This depends on two factors:  whether the item(s) you want are in stock, and where in the country you live.  We make every effort to get your merchandise to you as quickly as possible.  In-stock orders received by 2:00 pm Eastern Time M-F (12:00 noon on Saturdays) will ship that same day.  Please see our shipping charge question above for approximate shipping times.  We will make every effort to contact you if the item you want is out of stock.  Please include a daytime phone number with your order so we can contact you during normal business hours if a problem should arise.

What are your hours of operation?

Our Customer Service Department is open for phone orders and customer assistance from 9:30am to 5:00pm Mon-Fri (Eastern Time).  If you get our company voice mail, please leave a detailed message and we will return your call as quickly as possible.  You may place an order on this website 24 hours a day.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, and AMERICAN EXPRESS credit or debit cards.  We also accept PayPal.  If you wish to use this form of payment, you must phone your order in to us, as we cannot accept PayPal payments through this website.  We do not accept COD orders.

How can I tell if the item(s) I want are in stock?

Currently, our website is not capable of giving our customers real time inventory status. We only list an item as out of stock on our website if that item will be out of stock for more than two weeks.  In certain cases, your order may not ship for several days due to a temporary out of stock situation.  If you have any questions regarding the stock status of your order, please feel free to phone or e-mail us to verify the items you want are available for shipment.  This is especially important if you want expedited shipping, hard to get sizes, or large quantities of a particular item.
